Company Introduction

Zhejiang Wazam New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wazam New Materials") was established in 2003. It is a holding member enterprise of Hualan Group and one of the earliest domestic companies engaged in the research and production of epoxy resin copper-clad laminates. It has been awarded the title of "Outstanding National Brand Enterprise in China's Printed Circuit Industry" for five consecutive sessions. On January 3, 2017, Wazam New Materials (stock code: 603186) was officially listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange A-share market.

The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system, IATF16949 automotive board quality management system, and ISO14001 environmental management system certifications. Its main business covers the design, research and development, production, and sales of copper-clad laminates (including bonding sheets), composite materials (including functional composite materials and transportation logistics composite materials), and film materials. All products have passed China CQC and US UL certifications and comply with EU REACH and ROHS standards. They are widely used in 5G communications, servers, data centers, semiconductor packaging, new energy vehicles, smart home appliances, medical equipment, rail transit, green logistics, and other fields.

To date, Wazam New Materials has approximately 2,300 employees, 338 valid national patents (including 120 invention patents, 204 utility model patents, and 14 design patents), and has led or participated in the formulation of 23 national and industry standards. The company has successively won titles such as China Well-known Trademark, National High-tech Enterprise, Outstanding National Brand in China's Printed Circuit Industry, Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, National Enterprise Technology Center, and Zhejiang Provincial Key Enterprise Research Institute.

Wazam New Materials currently has three major production bases with business covering over 100 countries and regions. Looking to the future, Wazam will continue to uphold the dual-wheel drive of innovation and professionalism, breathe with the times, break through key core technologies, break technological monopolies, and is committed to becoming a provider of overall solutions for new material applications such as high-end electronic basic materials and special composite materials.

Core Pain Points

With the expansion of its business footprint, the enterprise has deployed multiple core business systems including MES (Manufacturing Execution System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management). The collaboration efficiency between systems has encountered significant challenges:

  • Interface Management Out of Control: The original ESB bus platform struggled to support the rapid expansion of business systems, with cumbersome IT whitelist additions and inefficient troubleshooting.
  • Insufficient Collaboration Support: Systems adopted a "connect one by one, troubleshoot one by one" siloed approach, with weak interface distribution capabilities, making it difficult to support complex business collaboration needs.
  • Conflict Between R&D Costs and Flexibility: Against the backdrop of rapid and diverse changes in the new materials business, traditional development models struggle to efficiently respond to flexible business adjustments and innovative applications while maintaining R&D standards.

Solution: Integrated "iPaaS + Enterprise-level Development Framework" Integration Platform

Wazam New Materials partnered with Oinone to build a unified integration and development foundation based on infrastructure capabilities:

  • iPaaS Platform Upgrade (Core System Collaboration):

    • Standardization: Organized and unified internal API standards, standardized interface call management, and quickly replaced the original ESB system.
    • Efficient Migration: Achieved smooth and rapid migration of nearly 170+ core business interfaces.
    • Transparent Management: Through interface visualization, call tracking, and unified permission configuration, real-time monitoring of interface operation status is achieved.
  • Application Development (Agile Application Building):

    • Standardized R&D: Introduced the Oinone framework to build a digital intelligence foundation without changing original R&D habits.
    • Flexible Expansion: Utilized the platform's strong extensibility to support standardized access of more business systems and agile construction of peripheral applications in the future.

Business Value

  • Leap in Integration Efficiency: Connected the lifelines between core systems such as MES, CRM, and SRM, simplifying originally cumbersome interface configuration and troubleshooting work, significantly improving system collaboration efficiency.
  • Dramatic Reduction in Operations Pressure: Through visual tracking and unified configuration, greatly reduced repetitive troubleshooting workload in daily management, freeing the IT team from tedious interface maintenance.
  • Sustainable Architecture Evolution: Based on integrated design thinking, ensuring that no matter how many systems are connected in the future, they can continue to iterate under the same set of rules and architecture, avoiding reinventing the wheel.
  • Two-way Acceleration: Through the dual-drive model of "iPaaS integration + enterprise-level development framework," truly achieved comprehensive acceleration of enterprise productization delivery and digital intelligence operations, laying a solid foundation for intelligent manufacturing transformation.
